2.Do you offer free returns?

Currently, we do not support any free returns due to the shipping costs and unexpected factors of transportation.

So it requires you to pay for the return costs and guarantee we can receive your return successfully.

3.How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your item upon arrival at our facility.

Refunds will be processed through your method of payment.

And the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.What if the return package lost during the return shipping?

We strongly recommend using a traceable courier that provides tracking number or shipping insurance as we are not liable for lost return packages.
